Which out weights the sub-1 frame latency caused by Nvidias/AMDs FPS limiter / RTSS. Limiting FPS causes lower GPU usage, which infact reduces input lag, by several frames. Disable both forms of that cap method you tried. I donno how to poast video here but i think it might help if you see it in action.
